Hello everyone
I saw people in stores buying chinese soup very toxic
when it is so easy , fast and healthy to make yours .
you will be hot , healthy more rich and fit ...and if you add dried bread in it you will also be more fulfilled !
boil hot water (2 or 3 liters )
add 3 cut carrots / 4 potatoes / 1 oignon / 1 leek / 5 cutted mushrooms
sea salt / some spices .
you can think of all veggies you want and like and mix them by 3 for better taste .
let it boil and cook for 1h or so the use mixer directly in it or not ( let it be big chunks of veggies )
AND THAT IS IT !
Sometimes the easiest stuff sound complicated .
