I'm getting mixed varieties of what happened in NC.
I've seen claims that hurricane Helen from a few days ago was not manufactured into existence, but amplified it's strength will some sort of lasers coming down from Georgia and somewhere from the Golf of Mexico and around Florida maybe. I've also seen satellite footage slowed down frame by frame depicting just that. How true is that?
Well, we have seen many épocas de intentos to control weather by the H. sapien Sapiens, from cutting the sky with a knife, to dancing in the open for hours on end till it rains. So trying to control the weather is nothing new. It's been tried many times before. And today with chem trail and haarpa, it should not come to any surprise that technology over rain dances would have more effect. The US conducted operations on weather modification experiments and dropped tons of ice over a hurricane in the 90s or clearly 2000s and caused it to make a radical turn to the left over the Atlantic ocean and into Savannah, GA causing it to up strength as well. That was a decade ago.
Now they have 5G pulsing the airwaves to redirect storms. :

We might well start naming hurricanes based on star wars laser battles.
I then read that it all because of some lithium mine and they want to do a land grab.
Or maybe some private investors want to reap in the rewards from the insurance?
Well, VP Kamala's Husband sure seems to be happy about the lithium mines flooding.

And now a class 5 hurricane is heading into Tampa bay and floods of 12 feet are expected. Did they enhanced this hurricane too?
Strange stuff. And I'm not surprised if it all was true.
