Its being suddenly raining outside and make the glass of car very foggy with splash of water. Rain is not common at that time, its more porn to strom and dusty wind as a weather and climate previously brhave like that.
Leave it, as we are not such a kind of weather expert but surely nature lover too. We can find beautiful things arround us by observing its different way. It was just before the evening went for open field as kids like to play on that ground but rain make it stopped everything and lock up on the car.
So, it better to come back home and stay safe.
