So-Called Hyundai Earphones

I MAY HAVE GOT A REAL ONE BY ACCIDENT

Most of them are fake, but I think I got a real one by accident. When I say "fake", I mean they are generic (no branding), but claim to by made by Hyudai the car company. I am not quite sure how they're getting away with it, but I suspect part of it is to do with the hyphenation of the name: Hy-undai.

Having said that my copy doesn't have the hyphenation. It just says Hyundai, boldly and confidently on the case, box and product itself. I wonder if these are the real deal and the others are just fake? I noticed the truly fake ones don't even bother copying the Hyundai name. Who knows. Perhaps they bought the rights.

One thing though, even though they are called Hyundai, the logo is not written in the same font style as the motor company. There might be something there.

The product itself, a pair of wireless earphones and a novelty charging case, is acutually quite good :). The audio is surprisingly rich and full. I expected the sound to be tiny, not sure why. They have larger drivers than normal to compensate for the fact that they don't go in-ear and this makes them very loud.

I've now handed them to my brother but I actually like them and would have kept the to myself but my brother needs them more.

Peace & Love,

Adé
