This dish is a dish similar to duck eggs flipped, but smaller in size, this is baby quail egg. People usually boil quail eggs to eat with chili salt, That's a pretty simple way and vere tasty. However, There is still a way to process it, Make it more attractive and more delicious. This is make baby quail egg with tamarind sauce.
To make this dish we need to prepare the following ingredients:

Quail eggs: 10-20 fruits
Onion, garlic: 1 bulb
Peanuts available: 50g
Fried flour: 30g
Spices: seasoning, sweeteners, fish sauce, sugar, cooking oil, pepper, chili powder, Lemon, fresh chili
Persicaria odorata : 50g
Tamarind sauce : 50g
Making:
STEP 1
Eggs boiled for about 20 minutes (add a little salt to help egg more bold) soaked in cold water, peeled so that the egg is still INTACT .
STEP 2
Persicaria odorata is washed, half chopped, half kept.
STEP 3
Onion peeled, half chopped, half a piece of fried golden oil with oil.
STEP 4
Ripe peanuts are pounding small
Remove chili seeds, sliced.
STEP 5
Roll the egg over the crispy dough (so the eggs when eat will be crispy and hunted over).
Non-dried onions with minced garlic, chili powder to add beautiful parts.

Add tamarind sauce to taste seasoning 1 tablespoon of seasoning, 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper, 1/2 tsp fish sauce, 1/2 tsp sugar, chili sliced. (You can add spices to suit the taste of your family).
When tamarind sauce is boiling you put the eggs on the island lightly so that the fever around the eggs.

This is the last stage: arrange and decorate.
