Today I field a complaint against the state of Il

The U.S. Constitution says that people have the right to have a well regulated militia. I think that it is a criminal violation committed by the state to require law abiding citizens to have to purchase a license if they want to keep a .22 rifle for pest management. On top of that complaint, when I call the Il State Police to renew my license...I get a machine that tells me to press '0' and then I hear a message that tells me to call back and then it hangs up on me. What is going on is that the state of Illinois is violating the constitution (but law abiding citizens are trying to keep the peace and we comply to a group of folks that violate our constitutional rights) But recently the state has ratcheted up their misdeeds. And now law abiding citizens have a hard time even jumping through the states hoops.

I do not believe that I should spend alot of time trying to call an agency, when that agency clearly does not care enough about people to properly manage there phone lines.

I do not believe that I am the first person to see the violations that the state of Il is committing because a few months ago a news agency reported on a similar problem that other people were having.

Please remove the oppression that the state is placing on its citizens

Or if you want to file a complaint against another state I assume you would preform an internet search for '(the states name) complaint form.)
