Slavery in Libya. (Prt 2)

image

Disruption on earth
Horror dominance glare
Beside the passage way
Call the underground cave
Trafficking and exporting of black to Europe

Men led away in chains
Led out as slaves
Beaten and sold
Just like in the days of old
Ten thousand in a fold
In Libya, yes,
that's what I'm told

Caged up like sheep's to be sold
A life worth less than gold
Bargaining to get out of this hold
Your sex decides your fate
So I'm told
No feelings there but hate
The sufferings, you can't overrate

We have been treading on this wayward road much too long
Who is going to stop this worldwide abuse?
It's deeper than the olden days slavery
We shall not and can not go back to this monstrosity

Barbary raids, kidnapping and enslavement of black
Who shall we called to end this inhumane act
A world without fundamental human right

Freedom won't never know thy name
Strip necked beside deserted trees in pain
A brand of slavery on the torso
Hope beaten out long time ago

The land beyond was their hope
A land flowing with milk and honey
Blinded by this illusion they plunged
Now they are caught up in the Web of their illusions
They fought but lost
They lost all to fate
