Hey my beautiful Steemians while we are here on this platform sharing and giving value to each other I just wanted to add to that by gifting you with some health information today. YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH If you don't believe me just ask somebody who is chronically ill or terminally ill. Prevention is better than cure I'm sure you would agree.
This is also my Veganwednesday entry as hosted by the lovely @heart-to-heart hope you and all the other lovely members will try and enjoy IRISH MOSS.
IRISH MOSS why I add this is beautiful sea vegetable to my morning smoothies. Boosts the body when recovering from an illness, unleashing a tidal wave of important nutrients-15 of the 18 elements composing the human body, that in itself is amazing. I don't think I have found a more mineral dense plant apart from MORINGA which I shall be featuring in a blog at a later date so watch this space. Irish Moss fills you up at a cellular level helping you to feel full for longer.
