I had a really good idea of a dinner since we last went to an Indian grocery store to pick up spices and we found these spinach bread things.
I baked some Yukon gold poatatoes, mashed them, added some spices and water to make them fluffy, then put some Paratha spinach breads on the skillet with a small amount of coconut oil, and used some garbanzos to make wraps with them. Roxana ate them with some sriracha and I used some apple salsa from ALDI.
You should be able to get these flatbreads at a local Indian store (frozen). Hope you have one near to you! Enjoy! Maybe you could make your own!!!
