Today I was fairly busy! I ran to the grocery store and pet store. I did my usual daily cleaning and got in some yoga as well. I also waited for my landlord to come and fix up a few things. After all that was said and done I could feel my tummy grumbling. I realized I had forgot to eat lunch and all I had for breakfast 4 hours earlier was a smoothie. Man was I hungry. As I sat and looked in the fridge I tried to come up with something quick but healthy! Most of the stuff I make requires alot of prep and cooking so I thought it would be a challenge. However it was actually easy. I threw together a veggie sandwhich with some sweet chili tai sauce! I also put some pickled aspargus and a couple tangerines on my plate. Mmmm it sure was tasy!
