Ingrediets
- Aquafaba from one can of chickpeas
- A vegan chocolate slab
Instructions
- Drain the liquid (aquafaba) from a can of chickpeas into a bowl. Save the chickpeas for another meal.
- In a double-boiler, melt a cup of vegan chocolate. Set aside while following step 3.
- With an electric mixer, beat the aquafaba in the bowl until it thickens and stiff white peaks form.
- Using a spatula, fold in the melted chocolate.
- Pour the mouse into a dish or a few smaller dishes that you want to serve it in.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Make sure the bowl you use for mixing is completely clean of grease, otherwise the mousse won't be light and fluffy.
