A. Introduction

We are living in exciting times on STEEM. Lots of things are happening in our Steem Mentoring Program to keep the Steem Blockchain engaged during these hard crypto times!

I am happy to announce that we have recruited one awesome AAA mentor for the TripleA.reviews.com. His name is @alokkumar121. You can read his application here. Congratulations @alokkumar121. All great things start small. A small mustard seed grows into a big plant step by step. We are happy to onboard you to pioneer the AAA Mentoring Program Round 1.

B. The Role of a successful AAA Mentor come in 4 Stages:

Reach out to potential newbies outside of Steem and inside of Steem!
If you have friends and followers on Steem who are not on the AAA platform yet, they can also be your target of outreach.
Use one month to mentor the newbies to participate in the AAA community effectively.
Help the newbie to start writing at least 5 reviews on movies or TV shows. Create a Post on Aug 30, 2019 at the end of your one-month mentoring work.

As you can see, I keep this Mentorship program as 'simple' as possible so that our mentor can get to work and get results quickly.

While the 4 points up there are simple to remember, I will now expand on the above 4 points in detail.

Search for Potential Mentees (Outside & Inside of Steem)

As a mentor, you need to search out for potential mentees. Do some screening to find potential students whom you are willing to spend mentoring them. This is a task that requires wisdom and patience.

Available Resources

Invite your followers to join the AAA platform via Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit, Linkedin, etc.
Search under #introduceyourself and #introducemyself tags to look for potential newbies & welcome them. If they respond to you, invite them to the AAA community. If they don't respond, move on to the next newbie.

Stage 2: Look For Potential Mentees already on Steem

Like me, you may have many followers on Steem who do not know about the AAA platform.

How do you search for them?

This is what I do: Go to the AAA website to check whether they have any activities.

this is my friend's website on AAA
notice that he has not created any posts on AAA
I can then contact him to introduce AAA to him
I will show him some of the movie reviews that I have done
I will explain the fun that I am having on this site to arouse his interest
Get him to sign up to AAA and start cruising the platform to read movie reviews

Stage 3: Get your mentee to write an introductory post

If your mentee shows interest on this platform, ask him to write an introductory post to AAA Site.

Please use the tag "aaa" and "beamentor". The TripleA team will come in and give your mentee an upvote to give him a motivation boost.

Stage 4: Do Your Mentoring Work for One Month

Once your mentee (outside or inside of Steem) has started their introductory post, you can start mentoring them for one month to help them write excellent movie / TV shows reviews.

As they start writing reviews, they will understand how the AAA platform works. This is where your guidance is most needed.

Show them how they can engage in the AAA community by getting involved with AAA Weekly events which encourage reviews of specific movies, dramas or actors. The team support these events with donations and upvotes.

Share with them great tips you have discovered on the AAA platform to fast track their learning and involvement into the AAA community.

E. Guidelines on how to write excellent reviews

Must be original and no plagiarism is allowed
Hook your audience with a compelling title
Personalize your review involving your experience
Write in good English grammar
Describe the setting, storyline, characters involved
Share enough of the plot without giving too much away to get the audience to watch the movie
Talks about the movie producers, directors, cinematographers, and special effects
Be witty and lively in your tone of writing
Create a climax in your description
Elicit emotions, set moods and guide a reaction so that your reader wants to find out more
Write your opinion and support your criticism as not all movies are top-notched
A good movie review should have at least 600 to 1000 words.
Key in Movie URL at the bottom of the bost: (Look up https://www.themoviedb.org/ for your title and put the URL there)
