A. The Results of Actifit Round 1 Mentoring Program

It has been great fun in the last month as I watch our Actifit mentors onboarding new people (outisde and inside of Steem) to start using the Actifit app effectively to keep moving and stay fit!

Mentoring work is not easy. Our mentors need to come up with great strategies to promote the Actifit app to new users. They need to exercise a lot of patience to guide new people using the Actifit effectively.

12 awesome Actifit Mentors were on-boarded in May and now, 5 of them have come back with their mentoring reports.

Our 5 Actifit Mentors worked in 4 Stages in Promoting the Actifit App to nw users:

i) Reaching out to potential newbies outside of Steem with their referral links.

ii) Reaching out to their followers (inside of Steem) who had not started using the Actifit app yet. This was also a main target group of outreach for our mentors to build up the Actifit community.

iii) Guiding newbies to download the Actifit app with their Actifit referral link.

iv) Using two months to mentor the newbies in using the Actifit effectively to do at least 10 Activities. These 10+ activities are shown on the newbies' profile pages.

B. Mentoring Reports from our 5 Awesome Actifit Mentors

I want to congratulate our 5 Awesome Actifit mentors for their great work of success. Some of them are more experienced in mentoring work because of the Partiko mentoring program. I am proud of all of them. The numbers are not as important as the fun that they had in getting new people to join the Actifit community with great health benefits.

@ashikstd managed to get 15 mentees to join Actifit.

9 of his mentees were able to use the actifit effectively in accomplishing 10 activities.

@ashikstd did a super job as a mentor. Part of his success is opening a facebook messenger group called "Acti-School" where his team members interacted in a dynamic way.

2. @homesteadlt - My Actifit Mentoring Report

@homesteadlt managed to get 1 serious mentee to join Actifit.

Let's welcome @art4soul!
She is actually his wife and even bought the same Fitbit as her husband's.

Although @homesteadlt only have 1 mentee, he is really a great mentor! Life just got in the way that he was unable to be available at the computer all the time.

3. @definethedollar - Actifit Mentor Report

@definethedollar managed to get 4 mentees to join Actifit.

Although @definethedollar felt frustrated that he was unable to onboard new people from outside of Steem, he did a super job mentoring these 4 mentees on Steem.

4. @alokkumar121 - Actifit Mentor Report - Round 01

@alokkumar121 managed to get 21 mentees to join Actifit.

@alokkumar121 onboarded 12 new mentees from outside of Steem. Great Show!

The other 9 mentees were his followers inside of Steem.

You must all be wondering how @alokkumar121 had such great success in getting so many mentees. He is also one of our mentors in the Partiko mentorship program so he has great experiences. He is very hardworking and loves being a mentor in helping new people to succeed on Steem. He actually has an excel sheet that keeps a good record of the progress of his mentees. From time to time, he would get in touch with them to help them move along efficiently. Great show @alokkumar121!

5. @cheese4ead - My Actifit Mentor Final Report

@cheese4ead managed to get 10 mentees to join Actifit.

7 of his mentees were able to use the actifit effectively in accomplishing 10 activities.

@cheese4ead did a fantastic job in his mentoring program where he created a guide for beginners. He then launched his #teamgazza initiative where he promoted all of his mentees posts every day. This is a dynamic group with great interaction where a special whatsapp group was set up for active communication.
