Loca is a cloud based rental property management application uniquely designed for independent rental property and rental real estate owners and managers, to help them manage all record keeping or accounting aspects of their rental property businesses effectively.
In order to provide more information and to attract credible contributors to the project on GitHub, the Loca repository needed a more detailed, informative and self-explanatory content for its README instructional write-up on its repository on GitHub.
Components
The completed README Content was sent as a pull request to the master repository and has been merged into the master repository by the Project Owner. it will be installed as the current README file of the master repository by the Project owner in his preferred discretion.
Benefits / Improvements
The completed README content will attract more credible contributors to submit meaningful contributions in terms of coding, documentation, content creation etc to the project on GitHub.
