This is my father SOCRATES CORTES. He was admitted last night at Cardinal Hospital in Dalaguet Cebu. He was suffering from a mild heat stroke. He has also high blood pressure and also high in blood sugar level. He cannot talk normally and he cannot control his left arm and legs normally. We are now transferred in public hospital in Car-Car City Cebu and now under observation.
