Dinner at Singapores famous hawker center
It's Sunday! And how well do we spend it? A family dinner outside, where we enjoy the multiculture food at a hawker center. A common food place in Singapore.
Since me and my daughter is going home back to Cebu Philippines, my cousins family treat us to a sumptuous dinner of foods and laughter... As they say the family that eats together, stays together...
Here are our food choice for tonight :
Appetizer : Rojak (an indian food where cucumber, pineapple, tofu is topped with a special peanut sauce)
Main Dish : Barbecue Stingray (a Malayan origin; super yummy)
Main Dish : Sotong (a Malayan origin; squid sautèd with spices)
Main Dish : Chicken Rice (a very famous dish in Singapore; my daughter can eat this dish three times a day!)
Of course the meal won't be complete with drinks! We had soda, lime juice, water and guess what coffee!!!
Other than the food we had eaten what makes the dinner special is our taking turns of joking, stories of past experiences and other non-sense matters hahahaha...
Happily yours,
