Hello everyone! Today I woke up very happy and the reason is the following today is my birthday, the day my mother brought me to this world, the first thing I did was to thank God for allowing me to wake up a new day and for giving me one more year of lifetime. I ask you a lot to bless me with health to continue forward and enjoy the people I love with my life.
I am already on vacation and do not hesitate to place music early to celebrate my day. I had breakfast, I got ready and went to the supermarket with my mother to buy the materials to make my cake, the first cake I would make after my mother showed me how to make it.
Go back home, rest a few minutes, have lunch and I'll make the cake and pineapple because it's my favorite fruit. I will show you here the process and the materials that you use.
Materials:
Wheat flour
Butter
Eggs
sugar
Baking powder
Pineapple.
I started cooking half pineapple.
Blend to obtain the nectar of the pineapple.
Cole and so not feel any tripping in the juice.
Place a mold with sugar to make the candy.
Chop the other half of the pineapple into slices and place them on top of the caramel.
Proceed to add sugar and butter in a plastic bowl.
Use the blender to beat.
Then add the eggs, continue beating.
Then add the flour and baking powder, bati and gradually adding the juice.
Ready the mixture proceeded to place it in the mold where I had previously the candy with pineapple slices.
Baked.
I continue my day in the kitchen but now the cook was my mother, she made yam croquettes, the yam is a vegetable well known in my country, which many of us have had to eat in quantity to look for the economy. But my mother wanted to do it in a different way so that it would be the birthday party of my birthday, I did not take off for a second from the kitchen while she made those delicious snacks and so learn from that new recipe.
Hair the yam.
Then I scratch it raw.
Made a mixture with wheat flour, water, salt and vanilla.
I add that mixture to the yam.
It stirred.
He made arepas species and put them in the pan to be fried.
Ready to eat.
I had the idea of accompanying them with some sauce, and I set out to make a sauce that my mother also taught me of garlic, parsley and mayonnaise. Grind the garlic well, chop the parsley very small, add salt and stir.
Ready I finish my day in the kitchen, I prepared to rest a little in the patio of my house and take advantage of a very rich breeze I was doing in the afternoon.
Then I took a bath and went out with my brothers to buy something to drink to continue celebrating my 23 years, back home and then now if I sit in front of my house with my family to chat, take and share the paspalos.
So it was my day, the day of my birthday, a day where I thanked God more than ever for the family, for being able to share with them, for giving us health and because we are together. It was already 10 o'clock at night and some of my cousins, who are the youngest of the house were eager to try the cake as they say, I told my mother to sing birthday and so please them.
