Summer has arrived and again the season of pare, in Japan it can only enjoy the summer fitting pare only.
Ingredients:
250 grams of boneless chicken
1 slice of bitter melon
1 large paprika or chilli
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Chicken spice:
2 tablespoons of shoyu / salted soy sauce
1 teaspoon grated garlic
1 tbsp of wheat flour
Stir-fry seasonings:
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
to taste salt and pepper
Steps:
- Cut pare crescent shape, thickness to adjust taste (I demen a bit thick about 5mm). Boil pare if you do not like bitter. Paprika cut lengthwise, can replace with large chilli if there is no paprika
- Cut chicken meat box2, enter shoyu sauce, grated garlic, mix well. Then sprinkle the flour. Heat a skillet with oil, then stir-fry chicken until the surface is golden
- Remove chicken from the pan.
- With a frying pan put pare and peppers, stir-fry about 3-5 minutes with medium heat.
- Enter chicken meat, love oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Saute about 1-2 minutes. Turn off the fire and serve.
