Oracle Reading
This Oracle is a Natural Law Oracle – Natural Law is a set of Universal, inherent, objective, non-man-made, eternal, and immutable conditions which govern the consequences of behavior for intelligent species; meaning beings that are capable of coming to an understanding of Self /Consciousness, and are also capable of understanding the objective difference between harmful and non-harmful behavior towards themselves and other beings.
These Laws exist. This is not about belief or non-belief. They are discoverable.
If we choose to live in accordance with them, we can live happily and peacefully on earth and not cause harm to other beings or the earth. If we act in violation of these Principles our lives will be hard – the Universe balances the books.
These Laws were written down in a little book called The Kybalion, by Three Initiates, in 1908, but these ideas have been around for thousands of years, passed down through the Oral Tradition of Hermeticism.
You have 2 Laws in this reading which means, since there are 36 cards and only 7 of them are Law cards, I drew from, that this is an important reading!
You seek freedom. This is a time of harvest leading to endings in the way you have been doing certain things...Bad habits – there is some addictive behavior you have been engaging in – due to your freedom mentally and spiritually being thwarted by fear – you have been seeking relief but now you must find a new freedom from that behavior. Prayer and Meditation – I do not know what level you are at with this – and so later on I give you a very simple way to do it – because, again, I can’t read you – just the drawing and the cards. But also there are numerical frequencies on youtube indicated later in the reading that you can research for yourself and find to help you raise your vibration above the need to seek creature comfort in bad habits. God is the solution to this – seeking lower spirits is always an indication of a need for a new relationship with God and adherence to spiritual principles, as well as cleaning up the wreckage of your past – any actions taken haphazardly and through ignorance attempting to meet spiritual needs on the material plain… Your calling – you must find a way to carry your message to the world – The All is mental…
“The first of the Seven Hermetic Principles is the Principle of Mentalism, the axiom of which is “THE ALL is Mind; the Universe is Mental,” which means that the Underlying Reality
of the Universe is Mind; and the Universe itself is Mental–that is, “existing in the Mind of THE

What to make of this? The best thing we can do to start is to take simple actions to get control of our minds. Meditation, Prayer, eradicating negative thinking. The third on that list – requires action to clean up mistakes we have made in the past. I will go into this later. Negative thinking is both habitual and it also comes from our conscience. We are attempting to get back to emptiness of mind from which we can reprogram it ourselves.
The 3rd Law, is The Law of Vibration: “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates.”
–The Kybalion. Later on in the document I will give you some simple ways to raise your vibration, just to get started with this complex idea.
So the gist of this reading, is that you must wipe your mind clear of negative thought and then use the Law of Vibration to raise your frequency and keep it raised, because you are creating your reality with your thoughts. And from that place, strive to live in Joy, despite your present circumstances. Allow no negative thought. This does not mean cognitive dissonance nor does it mean not knowing the depths of the the dark that goes on on this planet- but rather to walk that line of balance – knowing the Truth but also placing faith in the Creator – and also seeking to raise your own frequency to bring upon enlightenment. And also to take action which embody Spirit – action which is in alignment with God and principles. But enlightenment also means cleaning up passed misdeeds – to lighten the load.
Auragraph: You are in the arms of your Guardian. The view is of your as an actor on a stage – the Sun is on your Right (stage Right) and the Moon is on your Left (stage Left)
The Setting: is either a Mirror or a Stage. The Mirror is a reflection – as in the Law of Correspondence = as within, so without, whereas the Stage: we are the audience – you, The Observer Self, which you develop through meditation, are observing – The “I”, or masculine side, and the “me”, the feminine side, play out the scenes. I know the setting either by the placement of the heart, which is always on the left, or by the placement of the Sun and the Moon. Or the Masculine side being the Right Side and the Feminine Side being the Left Side. If there is no heart, or no sun and moon in the drawing, then it is simply a mirror.
This Setting is the Stage:
The sun being Masculine represents the Right Side of the Drawing. The Moon being the Feminine, represents the Left side of the Drawing – both in this case representing The Law of Polarity. Where does the Light end and the Dark begin? Your back is to the sun and facing the moon- your focus now is to find freedom within in other ways.
The Law of Polarity: “Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has Its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled.“–The Kybalion.
It is the darkest before the dawn – because of the presence of the Sun, which we cannot see because it is hidden behind the curvature of the earth, but it increases the darkness of the darkness. It is the degree of the distance and the roundness that hides the sun from us – but it is there – and making it’s presence known by making the dark darker. In this case though the Sun is rising below...under the Eagle showing that perspective of the degrees which hide the next chapter from the one that seems bleak before it.
Also by way of the double slit experiment – whereby the presence of the observer changes that which is observed. Whereas in the case of our observance, all things appear lost, but that is a lie. Because we observe the macrocosm by looking at the microcosm (the Law of Correspondence). Hence, we know that to believe that “all is lost”, is a lie, because we matter. The role we play matters in the scheme of events – we are the observer and therefore our very act of observing changes the observed. We must play our role to the fullest extend that we can.
This is where Prayer and Meditation come in, and applying a frequency raising mantra to re-mind yourself of who you are – practicing the Presence of God – so that at least for 20 minutes a day, you know God within your body. And if you do not currently have a meditation practice – starting with only a few minutes and then moving yourself up to 20 minutes...or more.
Your right arm can be seen with your hand upon the your Guardian’s shoulder with your hand in Her hair- Hair is history and Intuition. During the Vietnam war, the US Army employed Navajo codetalkers to use their little-known language to aid the military, but they had to cut their hair – and insodoing they lost their abilities. The hair is like antennae for the nervous system. In this case, you are receiving Intuitive messages from your Guardian by way of Her hair so that you can manifest in the world.
You manifest through prayer and answered prayer and memory of answered prayer that you remind yourself of, in times of difficulty.
Your left hand is on Her left forearm. You receive from Her that which She receives from The Universe. You cry 3 tears from your left eye – 3 – The Trinity: thoughts, motions and actions must be in alignment – and coming from Intuition not conscious mind. The Left eye sees into the Void. You must not allow your finite mind to interfere with the Truth. You are having conflict because your Thoughts, your Emotions, and therefore your actions are not congruent.

The Brain and mind control:** The Right brain is the receptive, holistic side and the Left brain is the side of finite, logical mind. The brain must be balanced in order for the Neocortex to be working properly. Neo means new – this is the newest part of the brain that invents and creates – contains thoughts of freedom – thinks of others and yourself at the same time. The oldest part of the brain – the Reptilian Brain which sits at the base of the skull: is the Fight or Flight mechanism – often it seems that the media wants to keep us in Fight or Flight which polarizes us to the Right or Left side – being totally right brained means that you can’t stand up for yourself or fend for yourself, being totally left brained means that you can’t feel your emotions or see holistically and are prone to violence as your solution. Polarization to either side gives no access to the Neocortex and being in fight or flight makes you more susceptible to being controlled by outside forces because when you are in fear – you are easily controlled. You must utilize Mental Transmutation – again this is the Law of Polarity – whereby everything is dual – therefore - if things seem bleak – there is an equal and opposite pole that you are not recognizing in the moment - therefore using your Will, you state the Truth of the situation – that All is Well - you raise your vibration to positive – you can do this in a variety of ways – I will enclose an extra exercise to help with this – called the 7-Day Mental Diet – where you can wipe your mind of all negative thought to start from a clean slate. Do not watch the news. The only important thing that is going on is what is going on with the people near you. You observe people in various stages of the social experiment – and you must learn to put your faith immediately in God – you want to be able to feel your connection to God in your heart so that whatever you see in the world is equalized by God in your heart.
You can know things that are negative but you must always acknowledge that with God all things are possible and it is very important to keep your creative mind creating positive and raising your frequency. I will share other exercises to do this as well.
You are mourning for Gaia, but Nature will have Her Way- it is humanity and the loss of the beautiful way we could be living for which you mourn – No! Live that way now! In your mind - this is what is a meant by you playing out your role – you must stay balanced.

Do things that we used to do that required courage - The Law of Entropy has been activated – meaning – Isis and Eris – Isis is the Goddess of Order and her sister is Eris the Goddess of Chaos – in other words – we have to maintain Order – we were given spiritual principles to uphold order and when we as humans chose to slack off and just “enjoy life” at other’s expense – we fell into chaos – but that does not mean that freedom seekers have nothing to seek. We must put our efforts into building our strength, our courage, our perseverance in other ways from within which we will eventually manifest without.
We must build courage through perseverance in the world of matter.
You can Learn how to shoot a gun. Do a survival class in Nature. “Civilization” keeps us from these truths that will help you understand yourself better and know who you truly are or truly want to be. Go work on a farm for a summer – with Woof-USA. Or learn Ju Jitsu or another Martial Art of self-defense. Learn Critical Thinking skills, like the Trivium. Go back to some old ways of doing things that worked that you have replaced with modern conveniences. If the “lockdown” prevents these things then do it yourself in terms of taking in occult knowledge and learning things you can learn on the internet – or going into Nature and talking to the Nature Spirits – calling them in and speaking freely to them… asking for their help and advice... knowledge and then using meditation to find new things to tackle.
The Eagle has 18 feathers in his wings and his tail – 18 = 9 once again – it’s part of the 3-6-9 Key which is discussed later in the reading...
and 18 is the Moon card reducing to the Hermit in the Tarot – take some time to go within daily to find your center – to stay connected to your Feminine side – to take that into the world, but also perhaps to do a shielding meditation – before going into the world – so that you can take care of yourself and protect yourself from harmful energies – psychics generally do a meditation where

The Sunrise:** New Beginnings- a new day is dawning. And again – amazingly here are 9 rays in the sun.
The waves moving in opposite directions – emotional conflict – as related to the tears. You must do prayer and meditation to find your connection so that no matter what the kids do – you feel your connection to God and know that you have done the best you can with them.
The Spiral in the Snake’s Tail indicates the karmic nature of the shadow work – but also the 3-6-9 -
The “8” which is the Infinity symbol is 2 “3’s” mirroring each other – and it is also being observed from the side. If you looked down upon the infinity symbol from above it would be a “0” that rippled in it’s Vibration… but it would also be a “6” and a “9” - I hope that that is not too complicated to understand – the numerical symbols themselves are in fact visual representations of the torul nature of the Earth’s energy flow – which you will see in some of the articles I posted to you.

Vortex Math proves the existence of God and matter – and it shows a portal in 3-6-9 which is a bridge to the 4th dimension- in math and there are frequencies you can use to raise your vibration based on the 432mhz and higher on youtube… Solfeggio Frequencies as well as Rife Frequencies.

The snake means you have Shadow Work to do – and it may have to do with the information in the 3-6-9 frequencies – it is karmic shadow work that needs to be worked upon in this lifetime.
Just so you understand – many people have infinity symbols in their drawings but for some reason – this infinity symbol brought up for me all this intricate information about vortex math and the tesla 3-6-9 code – that is just for you – and I am not exactly sure why you are supposed to know about this stuff right now – but it was brought to my attention to share it with you...so you will have to do your own further research on it...
What is Shadow Work?
Everything is made of energy: Light. The earth, the sun, all sentient beings, all objects that are not sentient. When an object blocks the light, it creates a “Shadow”.
The lower the frequency of energy, the more “solid” it appears and the more solid creates a darker shadow when struck with light from the other side. Take a rock and a balloon – a rock creates a dark black shadow, while a balloon, which is transparent, creates a transparent shadow. The higher the frequency of the energy, there is either no shadow, or a more transparent shadow. Low frequency energy equals a solid which equals a solid dark shadow, when blasted with light from the opposite side.
The term Shadow Work is an allegorical statement regarding Light and “enlightenment” vs. Dark “shadows”; meaning that the egoic nature of low frequency actions which are simply repeated over and over, are stuck and never change because of unresolved ideas and issues that continue to play out over a long period of time, causing harm to the being who has the shadow and to other beings who are in relationship to it.
Shadow Work is the toil by which a conscious being investigates to bring the low frequency energy to high frequency to eliminate the Shadow and bring about a state of “enlightenment”.
Direction for Meditation and Prayer
The solution is that you let God be the Director of your life, then things will go much better for you, because you will always know what to do because you will be guided by a Power greater than you that has your best interest in mind for the Highest Good of all concerned.
A good place to start would be MEDITATION and PRAYER. Start with a few minutes of silent meditation in the morning and at night - and increase it as you can. You can count backward from 25 and try to see the numbers in your head- this will block other thoughts from coming in. The purpose
of meditation is to get out of the ego self and into the observer self so that you are no longer attached to ideas that you believe are real… and you can get into the silence - this does take practice. Yoga can
help with this as well. Breathing into your stuck points in your body while doing a stretch can help you find mental silence.
Prayer on the other hand is for throughout the day - and it requires practice to become a working part of your life - Asking at each point when you set out to do something - what is God's Will in this situation?
Pausing and waiting and then looking for the answer in signs or intuition, chance meetings or things that come from outside you to start with ... You can do this with minutia as well as big decisions. Practice at the grocery store when standing in front of the bread isle – there are so many choices - God, what kind of bread should I buy? and then pause and wait to see which bread seems right. It takes practice. The finite mind is not going to want to give up it's status as the ruler - so it might be confusing and frustrating but the more you practice the more it will become a working part of the mind...
Even making mistakes shows you are trying and you will get great rewards from that -
Acknowledging these miracles - by writing them down - makes them more and more believable - not something to be brushed off as "coincidence" - or not even noticed -
In addition, during this "crisis" we are in - you could Pray for a simple way you could be helpful to others - and for the ability to let go of the results - you do not know what is best for others - but you
can be helpful to them in some way -
This will get you out of yourself and let the Higher Power have a chance to work out the right decision for you - so that you will know what to do when you need to know it…
Once you have been doing this for a while – then ask for the Shadow Work and it’s solution to be revealed, if it has not already, in this reading.
Understand that there are Universal Spiritual Laws governing us – we don’t get taught this in school or anywhere. It used to be that our parents taught us these laws of morality and we did learn them through old TV shows – old westerns and old black and white shows from childhood have a moral to every story – fables –stories that were told at night as bedtime stories – all had a moral - the purpose of which was not to entertain but to teach us a lesson – that seems to have been eradicated from culture now – and it seems as if the purpose or the agenda is to keep us in a state of fear because from that standpoint, we are easier to control.
However, we can claim knowledge of these Natural Laws by looking into ancient history for them.
I am giving you this information because it is a strong part of my heritage as a healer. It is the result of years of study and practice that I concluded that I had to get this information out there to people. I have been living by Universal Spiritual principles for over 25 years and it has made all the difference in my life – coming from a lot of violence and misunderstanding from my family of origin as well as society and with really no help from “school” even though I got a Masters Degree - I never learned these fundamental principles that I believe we all should be taught as kids so that we can become self-governing – so when I did find them – and learned how to use them, I resolved to share them.
When I say “self-governing” what I mean is that I know right from wrong and I know how to apply that in every situation so I know how to act in every situation and if I make a mistake I know how to rectify it so that I am in alignment with the Universe and so I attract good things to myself and I repel negative circumstances. Living by these principles gives me access to God in a new way. I embody God. I feel Him in my heart and in my gut all the time. He tells me if I am doing something wrong – through my feelings and through intuitive thought. He also tells me if I am doing something right!
This is the real Law of Attraction. It is at the basis of religion so it should not conflict with anyone’s belief system. The Secret painted a picture of the Law of Attraction which did not include these fundamental points that are so important. My side of the street has to be clean if I expect to attract good things into my life. There are so many other Laws involved -
What is Natural Law?
It is the most occulted knowledge. Occult from the Latin Root “Ocu” means “eye”. It means hidden. This knowledge was given to humanity, thousands of years ago, but it was taken by the Priest Class – the Mystery Schools and remains hidden from the people. It is not “taught” in school. Nor is critical thinking – which would show “how” to think about and “how” to apply these laws in daily life.
If you are interested in why it was hidden – you can do a lot of research on that – mainly the term “Don’t cast pearls before swine” was the main factor – the idea being that the “masses” were not sophisticated enough to care or understand complex ideas – this was a completely wrong decision – because the principle that underlies that decisions is that there is a human authority – one who is sophisticated and that they get to rule over the ones who are not… this has led us to where we are at today.
You are open to occulted knowledge because you took me up on my Auragraph offer – that word, however, has been so stigmatized that it used to make me afraid just to read it! That’s why I am giving you the definition here.

If the masses knew and understood these laws – then we would not need to be governed – that’s why this knowledge is hidden. If each individual knew that there were these Laws in Nature and we adhered to them – individually – we could live FREE – without external governors. That is why the powers that be want us to believe that Nature is “kill or be killed” - because they don’t want to lose their power over us!
These Spiritual Principles have had many different names in many different traditions throughout the world in different times in history. Some examples are:
Law of Cause and Effect:
– “Effect invariably follows cause.”
– “For every action, there exists an equal and opposing reaction.”
Law of Attraction
– “The energy you emit is the energy you attract.”
– “Energy flows where attention goes.”
Law of Correspondence
– “As above, so below. As within, so without.”
Karmic Law or Moral Law:
“You reap what you sow.”
The Golden Rule:
– “Do not do to others as you would prefer not to have done onto you.”
– “As you think, feel, and act – so you shall be.”

Transgressions from Spiritual Principles
Harmful Actions:
• Murder / Assault – Ending a life without the right to do so. If a being is killed in the act of somebody defending themselves, it is not murder. Under no possible circumstance does the “right to murder” or the “right to assault” exist. However, the right to defend oneself through physical force exists at all times.
• Rape – Coercing the free will of another being, and making them sexually associate
with whom they wish not to.
• Theft – Taking what another being has created or acquired through lawful means,
which is their property for as long as they are using it and being responsible for it. You have no right to just take something that does not belong to you.
• Trespass – Every being has the right to set aside a (reasonably sized) space for
themselves. And invading this area without permission or consent would be invading
their privacy and their personal space, while taking away their security in the process.
• Coercion – Forcing another being through threat of violence to have their will comply
with yours, whether they wish that to be the case or not. Making another being do
something against their will is not a right.
Although this is already a short and seemingly simple list, all these transgressions can ultimately be narrowed down to just one wrong-doing: Theft.
Seems pretty stuffy and remote? Well, have you ever broken a promise? Broken someone’s heart? Borrowed something and not returned it? Not paid off a debt to another individual? Taken something that did not belong to you? Faked an orgasm? Read someone’s text message or journal without permission? Been violent in the heat of anger? Have you ever, in trying to get your way, not given someone all the information? Have you committed any crimes and gotten away with them? Do you use credit cards, for example? – that is “spending your future” – do you have credit card debt? And yet – credit cards are a part of society so deeply ingrained that it if you don’t have one and you don’t have a credit score, you are frowned upon by your peers.
But I don’t use them anymore and I am strong in my personal conviction so that I don’t have to do what other people do to feel ok within myself. I do not respond to peer pressure and I do not watch the News and I rely 100% on God for everything.
This list refers to other beings rather than just humans, making us question how we treat animals and the every thing on earth and the Earth Herself - Gaia. What makes us believe we have that right to do the things we do? And we have to be thoughtful, for example of the things we buy – where was it made? How was it made? What is it made of? Can items really be “thrown away”? Do we do things out of convenience that cause harm? Are there things that we have always known that we do by rote that cause harm?
There are personal consequences that fall upon me for violating these spiritual principles – that’s why I want to know what they are so that I can modify my life style to be in accordance with them. I am a meat-eater, for example. But, I make an incredibly strenuous effort to make sure that the beef and chicken I eat was raised and killed in as humanely a manner as possible! That has been a long project of exploration to educate myself on food production – but why not? I want to live in alignment with Natural Law. This year, I am helping my boyfriend butcher a calf. Next year, I will watch the kill – and that might make me vegan… we shall see.
What about the dark agenda being perpetrated upon us through media “kill or be killed – the law of Nature”. Is that really the law of Nature? That is Darwinian evolutionary ideology - “survival of the fittest”, but is that really true? Not necessarily. In a wolf pack, for example, when an elderly wolf is sick, the pack puts it at the front of the pack and guards it with the whole pack. Darwin is way off in a lot of respects but has fostered a great fear in us, of Nature, which is unfounded.
We have unalienable rights – the rights to liberty, life and the pursuit of happiness –
Happiness, for example, meant “well-being” in dictionaries in the mid 1800s and now it means “prosperity”. Therefore – the definition of that sentence – used to mean the pursuit of well-being and now it means the pursuit of money – as if money is going to buy you happiness.
Money nowadays isn’t even backed by anything – it is a fake piece of paper with some occult symbols on it – but - with the Law of Polarity – it is our job to see deeply into what our current-see is that we pass from one to another – Money – Mon (one) ey – Eye – is a Green Language proxy for the Third Eye – so that says that we should be trading our spiritual site to one another not this proxy of the el-ites- this weird system that was imposed upon us in our ancient past by – whom? If the All is in Money but money is not the All then if we simply consider the All in Money that should blast out the significance of Money because the All is in us and it is all just a mental picture created by the All – but really the substance of it All is atoms...
Rights can’t be granted to human beings by other human beings, because rights don’t come from human beings; everybody is born with exactly the same rights. These “inalienable Rights” were not granted to us by Government – but by the Creator.
If, however, we misuse our rights, we will pay a spiritual price. The idea is to get back in alignment with those principles so that we can live peacefully and abundantly and purposefully in society together. That is the people’s right. We are fed opposing principles by the powers that should not be, subtly, through television (tell-a-vision – or tell-lie-vision) programming as well as social media. Social media could never happen in Nature. Subtle and unethical principles are sent out to us through this “programming” and we are programmed to take on these ideas. When we act on or live by these ideas, we live in disharmony with each other and Nature.
I am sure you have noticed recently how dark TV has become – or films for that matter? These companies are owned by a monopoly – a very small handful of people own all the networks and they are sending out an agenda of darkness, fear, and slavery. Why? Regardless of why – I don’t want to live that way – so I choose to live by spiritual principles instead.
It is up to US as individuals to recognize that we have a choice in this matter and that there are underlying spiritual principles that we can live by ourselves that will lead us to satisfying lives. The world individual means undivided – God cut Himself up into each one of us – The All is in All, and All is in the All.
Spiritual Principles, or the difference between right and wrong behavior, always hold true regardless of a population culture. This means that it doesn’t matter how many people agree that a wrong action can be turned into a right action, or that a right action can be turned into a wrong action. Such things can never be done in reality. People can only believe that they can fly if they jump out of the window – but it does not make it so. Then we wonder why our lives are so hard?
When in doubt as to whether an action is, or is not in harmony with Spiritual Principles, visualize the scenario of a world with only two people. If the behavior is a right or a wrong in that instance, it shall forever remain a right or a wrong in any size population; regardless of how many people may believe otherwise. So, if the action is a right for one person to do toward another, it shall always remain a right. And if the action is a wrong for one person to do toward another, it shall always remain a wrong, regardless of the number of people involved. God is the only authority - God does not have grand-kids.
There is much more written and discussed about Spiritual Principles. When you live by them, your life becomes easier because you are living by Truth.
A simple way to get back into alignment with Spiritual Principles:
Write down all the people you are mad with a pen on paper.
Next to each name, write down all the things that person did to you in detailed complete sentences.
Now, write down all the things you did to them, using the Spiritual Principles transgressions as a guide. If you did not do anything to them, make sure that you have not done what you are mad at them for doing, to someone else. Be honest and thorough. The Universe knows what you have done, and balanced the books a long time ago, by making your life hard, so not writing something down will only be you short-changing yourself.
Write down all the people who were affected by what you did, and all the Spiritual Principles transgressions you caused them.
Now, go out and make matters right with all those people. Pay back the money you owe, time you stole. Apologize to the people you broke promises to and keep the promises. Make restitution for crimes you committed that you were not caught for – balance the books with the people you have harmed.
Make sure that as you do this, you are not causing any harm to the people currently in your life. For example, if you owe money, make sure that paying it back does not cut in to the money you need to support your family, etc. As you begin to do this, your life will begin to get back in alignment with Spiritual Principles and things will get better for you.

After you have cleaned up the mistakes form the past, continue to keep your side of the street clean – through daily review to make sure that you are not transgressing any Natural Law principles… with each interaction with others, pause and make sure you are not causing harm… and things in your life will be magical because your Spiritual Channel will be open and clear and you will be in alignment with Nature, God, Spirit. In this case, your psychic abilities will be strengthened and heightened.
Ways to Raise Your Vibration
- Making Reparations for Harms Caused – as discussed above.
- Gratitude – acknowledging what you are grateful for throughout the day or in a nightly review
- Selfless Service – give your service that you want to be paid for, away for free – or do other acts of service – the more you give the more you get. Mimicking Nature – give with no thought of reward. Give with no agenda for the outcome for the other person. Be helpful to your neighbor or family members. Ask God how you can be helpful to others and keep it a secret.
- Talismans – like affirmations – talismans like the ones I make – speak to your subconscious mind through symbolism. You can make them for yourself – to align your subconscious to the Higher Good.
- Meditation and Prayer – Meditation brings your consciousness back to a zero point of emptiness so you can look at what IS from without all your perceptions, fears and beliefs.
- Affirmations and Positive Thoughts – Florence Scovel Shinn, a late 1800s New Thought writer, for example, wrote many wonderful positive affirmation that you can repeat over and over until you believe them in your heart.
- Walking Outside in Nature – hug trees and talk to animals, grasses and birds.
- Yoga
- Eat living food – eat more living food than dead food – get rid of the cruelty factor in the food you take in.
- Eradicate Negative Thoughts – Emmet Fox 7-day Mental Diet. Which I will include.
- Keep that cell phone away from your head – use the speaker phone, but NOT bluetooth wires in your ears. Put it on airplane mode at night and turn off your wifi at night.
- Review your day at night to make sure you caused no harms to others.
