My trip to Canada contained many "first" experiences for both @teamsteem and me. One of my favorite memories from my trip to Canada was flying a small airplane with @nickskywalker. Nick is an awesome pilot, and he invited us to fly with him. If you are not following him, you totally should. He is a rockstar!
Being on a small airplane and actually flying a plane was a first for me! Thanks @nickskywalker for this special opportunity. I was so excited!
As for @teamsteem, this was his first flight EVER! I thought it was pretty hilarious that his first plane ride was with me as the "pilot." HAHA! Way to really put your faith in someone. As you can see, we survived... or is this my ghost writing this post? HMMmM... just kidding!
Here I am grinning like a goof ball while we are in mid flight! EEKKK! Thinking about my flight experience with @nickskywalker still gives me chills! It was really that awesome!
I have never seen what the inside of a cockpit looks like. There are SO many buttons. Good thing @nickskywalker was there to explain all of the functions. Pressing random buttons up in the air would be kinda risky... :)
The view from up high was incredible. It was so cool to see Montreal from a bird's eye view. Did you know that Montreal is actually an island? Yup! Here is the proof!
While we were up in the plane, @nickskywalker surprised us with some fun tricks in the air! We did figure eights, nose dives and crazy flips! I was screaming with joy the whole time! The g-force was so crazy to experience. There was a lot of pressure, and it left me a bit light headed. Don't worry, it didn't take me too long to recover.
Special thank you to @nickskywalker for such an amazing and magical experience. I'm so glad Steemit allowed us to connect and build this awesome friendship.
