8 Yolks, large and 1 Egg

Baking & Spices

1 1/2 flour
1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 cup sugar
5/8 tsp salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract

Dairy

11 TBSP Butter, unsalted
2/3 Cup Heavy Cream
3/4 Cup Milk
