It was a sunny day with the breeze moving and the speed of the train was moving around the lovely green plantation fields. I was travelling from Chennai to Nagercoil further towards the south of India standing near the doors with the morning breeze on my face watching the lovely plantations across the fields. The feeling of standing near the doors of Indian trains is absolutely amazing, it is somewhat risky but still it gives me a great feeling to enjoy the breeze and the lovely wet fields. Over the last decade I have noticed that the attitude of many people has changed over travelling in trains as the introduction of many low cost airlines has changed the scenario , but I still prefer trains especially If I m travelling further down to enjoy the scenic beauty and the natural breeze.

My love for trains started at the age of 5 when I was travelling from Chennai to Hyderabad. The amazing moments inside the train where many vendors come in with different items and you have a lot of things to have a look. The people sitting beside you are of various nature sometimes you see young couples romancing especially new married and some times the old one staring at each other.
Certain experiences are so good which have become life time memories .
