Honestly I hated running but I envied runners who could make a few kilometer at a stretch. However my first social run in Octover 2017 change the way I look at running. I began to have an interest because of the euphoric feeling after completing the run. Since then I started running on my own and later came to discover virtual run. It is motivating and after each run I felt accomplished. The medal and tee shirt are reminder to keep me going. I now set myself a minimum of 6km run irregarless how I felt. There are days when it is easy and there are days it felt like it an endless struggle. Usually when the feeling and energy is low just do the walk, eventually as you begin to sweat a little increase your pace. Nost importantly keep in fun. Try different route or go opposite direction.
Now, I am fitter, leaner and stronger than before. I have learned to manage my breathing and also improved on my stamina. With proper diet, running will even further compliment your weight loss effort. So, what are you waitng for, lets run?
