Learning The Right Things

What exactly makes life worth living?

The answer to this question is one that i believe answers so many other questions and gives you a direction and life path that is workable. Even though individual answers to this question may differ and vary from being a successful CEO to being a good father or owning an NGO for a social course, i believe the underlying voice speaks of similar elements of "Happiness and satisfaction".

Hence living and building habits that sustain these vital needs happiness and fulfilment is very important.
This is moreso important in our work or academics or whatever you spend much time doing for profit which could also be steemit.

Explore your personal powers

The raw material for productivity and personal success is in the human frame of physical, mental and emotional abilities.

The ability to acknowledge this and explore your abilities, mine and use these abilities to their optimum not only increases your output but brings satisfaction from the optimal use of these intrinsic abilities.

One major way of staying happy and productive is by managing your energy levels; physically, mentally and emotionally which all work together. The balance of this is very crucial and that is why your health is very important for all round success.

Overworking and Underproducing

The decline in quality after long hours or working is a common effect of overworking. This simply means that you get less result from more work time, there are more errors in these times and at a point, you are unable to continue. This is not profitable even when viewed from an econonmic lens because of the waste caused with lower productivity in more time.
A well rested person can do twice or thrice or multiple times the amount of work compared to a person, tired and burned out.

It is hence advisable and profitable to invest in rest and multiply your output.
Having enough sleep and guarding your health are very important because at a point of breakdown, more work cannot be done.

Be "Paced" in your work

This is one of my favorites from the initiator of the steem un-talented series and a very inspiring individual @surpassinggoogle, and it makes for a successful journey here on steemit and in life.

In context, being "paced" here speaks of working at your own pace and breaking down large tasks to smaller bits. One of the things to unlearn from @battleaxe recent write here is that "you must write a post or certain number of posts everyday to be successful on steemit", this is because working at a pace that isn't comfortable for you doesn't bring out the best from you.

For example, it took almost half the whole day to put this post together.

One awesome steemian once said, "if you are not inspired, don't write", and i have done this for as long as i have understood it and the fact that your best comes out when your abilities are at their best.

I would love to see you do more and be more, become what you want and attain heights beyond your imaginations and this is one of my motivation to mine my mind and pop out these words and works.

Much love to you.
