The Gourmet Corner Restaurant.

Hi everybody. I am @kaitokiva. Today I will introduce you to a great restaurant called The Gourmet Corner Restaurant.

While staying at the hotel attached to this dining area we ate here for breakfast and also had evening meals here as well.
It is a small restaurant but you can find extra seating in the bar area which we did for an evening meal.
Breakfast is very good. You get to choose from the menu what you would like such as eggs and have these cooked the way you like them. The choice of juices from the fridge in a small bottle is a different approach also. There were 3 choices on the mornings we were there. Also the home made yoghurt was great and again presentation was a feature. Food from the buffet was well presented and very attractively presented. Cakes and pastries, fruits and Asian foods were a feature of the breakfast. Cereals also available..
The evening meals we had there were also well presented and the view to be had over Hanoi was simply great. Enjoyed the spaghetti Carbonara from the many choices on the menu.
The staff are excellent attend to your needs and always friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend the Gourmet Corner of the La Siesta Diamond Hotel.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a work colleague in Australia and I’m so glad we went. Best food we had in Vietnam. Fantastic service from all staff who were friendly and gave us lots of advice on where to visit while in Vietnam. Restaurant itself was lovely and the views are amazing. The roof top bar wasn’t quite finished but the staff took us up to show us the view and next time we visit top of our list will be to have a drink there. If you’re in Hanoi you must try this place.
