If you are in the east area of Genoa, you should visit this small lovely place. I've been there several times because they sell wonderful pastries and cakes, but today I'd like to talk about one of my breakfast with friends.
Marzia came to pick me at home, our plan was to visit Ikea :) On the way, we stopped at Sinfonia Pasticceria to start our day with something sweet, as we are used to do in Italy.
Road from my house to Sinfonia Pasticceria
As I've already mentioned above, there's a great choice of fresh homemade pastries: actually the pastry chef is a friend of mine, Andrea. He was used to be a gym trainer and later, he followed his first passion! A weird change, isn't it?
He is incredible creative and talented in his new job!
We took a kind of croissant that we call "Olandesina" and another one filled with custard.
We wanted to try in addition some cookies recently made: so delicious!
Obviously, you can find any kind of coffee, from espresso to cappuccino, but we felt more English that morning, so we chose a special red berry infusion.
They have some tables to enjoy your tea with no rush and they are really friendly and professional at the same time.
Before you go, please, have a look to the cakes they have in their fridges because they are very special!
You will not resist!
