A LETTER TO UNDERGRADUATE

Dear undergraduate, don't let anyone deceive you with 'grades don't matter. Things may seem hard at the moment but it will all be worth it in due time.

If you can, strive for good grades. Good grades are not gotten by wishful thinking. They are gotten by hard work. Whether you think it is a sign of knowledge or not, get them first.

So many people looking for postgraduate opportunities/scholarships now either for migration purposes or to further their education are struggling to find scholarships/ schools who will admit them with 2:2 or 3rd class.

Some scholarships will not consider you except you have a first class, some others won't consider you unless you have a minimum of second class upper.

Good grades are not everything but trust me, they will make your journey easier.
