Different thought kept running through the mind of Phil, as he prepared to travel to Philadelphia where Nick is. He had come along with the murder weapon and before he got to meet Nick and Martin, he had handed it to the doctors for autopsy the day before, but this was after he got the police approval.
Just in time when the court seating was to start, he got the result. He thanked the doctors, and with a note attached, he sent it to the desk of the judge. As the judge read through the lines he gazed abruptly at Nick and to the surprise of everyone, the judge granted Nicholas release on bail but will appear in court until he is found not guilty or until Jack the ripper was caught. Jack the ripper was a serial killer that had been on the list of the police.
Two days before now, Phil had spoken to Jully about his case, and he realised Nicholas was Nick but Phil was not willing to loose Jully not for any reason. So they agreed to make up a story of how a parcel was sent to Phil with a note which he handed to the judge.
