Hallo Steemian! Apa kabar? Semoga hari ini lebih baik dari kemarin. Kali ini saya akan membagikan resep Bakwan. Di Jawa Barat Indonesia, khususnya di Bandung, Bakwan dikenal dengan sebutan bala-bala. Makanan ini termasuk makanan favorit. Mulai dari anak-anak hingga orangtua menyukainya. Banyak orang Sunda yang merasa kehilangan jika sehari tidak menemukan Bakwan. Waktu saya di Punjab, India Utara, selama hampir satu bulan, saya kangen banget pada Bakwan. Bakwan bisa dijadikan cemilan, bisa juga disajikan sebagai lauk-pauk pada saat makan. Paling enak memakannya saat hangat. Bagi yang suka pedas, Bakwan menjadi lebih enak jika dimakan bersama rawit hijau atau cengek. Yuk, kita coba resepnya!

Hello Steemian! How are you? Hopefully today is better than yesterday. This time I will share Bakwan recipes. In West Java, Indonesia, especially in Bandung, Bakwan is known as Bala-Bala. This food is a favorite food. Starting from children to parents like it. Many Sundanese who feel lost if one day does not find bakwan. When I was in Punjab, North India, for almost a month, I missed Bakwan. Bakwan can be used as a snack, it can also be served as a side dish when eating. It's best to eat it when it's warm. For those who like spicy, Bakwan becomes more delicious if eaten with green cayenne or whiny. Come on, let's try the recipe!

 

Bahan-bahan yang dibutuhkan:

  • 200 grm kol ( kubis )
  • 150 grm wortel
  • 2 batang daun bawang

Bumbu yang dihaluskan:

  • 2 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 1/2 sdt garam
  • 1/2 sdt penyedap rasa jamur
  • 250 grm tepung terigu
  • 2 sdm tepung maizena
  • 150 ml air putih
  • 250 ml minyak goreng
Materials needed:
  • 200 grm cabbage (cabbage)
  • 150 grm carrots
  • 2 scallions

Softened seasoning:

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp flavoring mushrooms
  • 250 grm of flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 150 ml of water
  • 250 ml of cooking oil
Cara membuat: | How to make:



Iris halus semua sayuran dan daun bawang. | Finely slice all vegetables and spring onions.



Haluskan bawang putih dan merica. | Blend the garlic and pepper.



Campurkan tepung terigu dan tepung maizena, masukkan sayuran dan bumbu halus, beri garam dan penyedap rasa. | Mix flour and cornstarch, add vegetables and spices, give salt and flavor.



Campurkan air putih hingga adonan seperti ini, aduk-aduk sampai rata dan siap digoreng. | Mix water until the mixture is like this, stirring until blended and ready to be fried.



Panaskan minyak goreng dengan api, ambil 1 sdm adonan bakwan, terus ambil lagi 1 sdm sampai penuh. Goreng bakwan sampai kering kecoklatan. | Heat cooking oil with fire, take 1 tablespoon of bakwan mixture, continue to take 1 tablespoon until full. Fried bakwan until browned.



Bakwan renyah siap disantap. | Crispy bakwan is ready to eat.
