Vanilla crescents
Ingredients:
For the baking sheet:

Knead dough:
200 g Wheat Flour
1 Msp. Baking powder
100g sugar
1 pck (8 g) of vanilla sugar
1 egg
125 g soft butter
100 g of ground almonds
To sprinkle:
about 50 g of powdered sugar
3 (24g) pack of vanilla sugar
To prepare:
Cover baking tray with baking paper. Preheat oven.
Upper / lower heat: about 180 ° C
Hot air: about 160 ° C
Knead dough:
Mix flour with baking powder in a mixing bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and process everything with a blender (dough hook) first at the lowest, then at the highest level to a dough. Then knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a smooth dough.
Form the pencil-thick rolls from the dough, cut into pieces of 4-5 cm, roll the ends slightly thinner and put them into croissants on the baking tray. To bake.

Baking time: about 10 minutes
Sprinkle:
Pull the Kipferl with the baking paper from the baking tray. Powdered sugar, mix with vanillin sugar and sprinkle the hot Kipferl immediately after baking. Let it cool down and sprinkle again.
