Homemade Mocha cookies
As promised, today a new recipe for all coffee lovers... my favorite cookies.
INGREDIENTS
Dough:
125 g of butter
90 g of sugar
2 pck (16 g) of vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons of soluble coffee
100 g of flour
1 pinch of salt
60 g of ground hazelnuts
Frosting:
150 g sieved powdered sugar
1 tbsp of soluble coffee
1-2 tbsp. Hot water
Mix soft butter flakes, sugar, vanilla sugar with the mixer for 1 min. Add egg and stir again for about 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients and stir again for about 30 seconds.
Then put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
Cover baking tray with baking paper.
Cut off small portions with a teaspoon and form globules. With 2 teaspoons small piles put on the baking tray or wafers.
Caution the cookies become wider when baking, do not make the piles too big.
Approximately 13 minutes depending on the size at 160 ° (hot air) bake. Let cool down.
Mix the ingredients for the glaze ... mix the glaze very thick ... so it will not run down.
Brush the cooled cookies with the glaze ... let them dry and enjoy 😋
My tip for storing Christmas cookies are tin cans ... in it the cookies get their real flavor and stay soft.
I do not really like sweets ... but I'm happy when my guests enjoy the perfect pastry for Christmas.
Also self-made cookies are a small gift for Christmas for dear people as a little attention.
Thank you for stopping by, voting, you are welcome to share my recipe.
This year I baked a lot again ... in the coming days on even more recipes for Christmas cookies.
See you soon and have a nice day!
