A writing contest that asks you to storytell about the weird, strange, unusual, one-of-a-kind, life-changing things you've done for Steemit.
Good day, Steemheads!
Day 6 is done! This post just covers all the entries sent on the 6th day. You still have a day and a few hours to make those entries. I'm glad because 6 new entries are in on the 6th day, making it a total of 16. Thank you for hearing my call to join my contest, I was happy reading your pieces.
Thanks to everyone who upvoted, commented and resteemed the contest.
Here are our new entrants:

She is telling us how Steemit made her try new things and she wants to do all sorts all at once breaking her routines. Sounds like a good thing to me, and I can relate. Steemit gives us that drive to get out of the box and just do, make, create and build. Keep steeming, @aiskelzurita and enjoy in the process.

He mentioned the specific things he's done for Steemit and it's funny to read because you can relate to it anyhow. Putting googly eyes on things, taking pictures of particular objects from weird places, poetry, visual arts, hosting a contest and just generally thinking how to blog about positive things to bring sunshine to the community. (LOL) It pushes us to do things and in my standpoint, it's not negative. It's human. Thank you @isteemithard for joining. I like your name, by the way.

Awwww. @ashley4u also elaborated on the many things she has done for Steemit. She has been through some challenges in the platform like her account bring hacked but she's over that now and she confesses she treats her account like a baby. She also mentioned the many activities she engages in for the sake of her blogs. And last but not the least, she admits being closer to God because of the platform through a christian trail that she is fond of. That's really amazing, for me. BTC and crypto are I think blocked in China where she lives but she finds her way around it. Way to go, girl. Keep steeming! You belong here.

@me2selah you are one heck of a patient woman. I cannot imagine blogging through a phone, in fact, I never posted anything in Steemit using a phone. For your case, it's a bad phone even. I know the feeling because my old phone is like that. I have to have it landscaped to be able to use the keys because the screen or digitizer is bad on one side of it. (LOL) What you can do is buy parts in Lazada if you want it fixed then have it serviced by a local celphone repairman. That will be cheaper. But there are lifehacks you can do, as well. For my case, I am waiting for the screen and the digitizer to arrive then I will have it fixed, so for now, I use an OTG cable then I hook a USB mouse to it to navigate it easy. (LOL) If your celfone is OTG ready then you can do this trick, too. Buy an OTG cable in CDR-King and a USB mouse. It will probably cost you 50 + 100, a total of 150. But, to be honest, I just want you to earn more here in Steemit and buy yourself a good laptop or a tablet and fire away! Keep Steeming and thanks for joining my contests, I appreciate the support, always.

Awww. @botefarm, you have a fan in me. I believe in you, so you should, too. Like me, I know English is not your native language but look at your works, they are amazing! You can be a physicist and at the same time a poet or just be anything, there is no rule to be just this. Don't let things limit you. I'm glad I met you here in Steemit. I want to see more of your works and I hope for us to see each other grow here in the platform. We belong here. This can be our playground. Like what SG has been saying, we all have something to offer. Keep believing and keep doing all the desires of your heart. Trust in yourself that you can do it and you will do it! Rock!

I will never forget @gjoeohere, he was the first grand winner of my first Steemit contest. He has written in his entry how smitten he is with Steemit and he can't believe he is too much into it like no other social media platforms before. He also realized he stalks people in it. I can relate to that because the platform is made transparent and stalking is with ease. (LOL) Thank you so much, @gjoeohere, I know you're a busy guy but you took time to hear my call to join. I appreciate you and I hope to see more of you here. Keep inspiring and best of luck with the projects you plan to initiate in your locality, I hope I can support that in anyway in the future. All the best, always.
