Teachers play an important role in the classroom, as they are responsible for creating an environment where students are motivated to study and research in order to learn and put together their own learning strategies.

✤ Role of mediator: The teacher mediator should have the ability to help students resolve conflicts and make wise decisions.
✤ Role of the counsellor: A counsellor is a teacher who understands, understands and motivates his students to be better every day.
The role of the teacher is defined as the functions that the teacher must perform within the classroom to achieve the objectives set, a teacher who fulfills each of the roles will be a teacher who trains for academic excellence.
