Homework: How you can get to know your students through social networks!

Homework for this week:

EstablishinDg relationships with students can be an important factor for student success. In what ways do you try to get to know your students better? Is there a student with whom you had problems to know or with whom you could connect very well?

Happy afternoon my dear friends of @steemiteducation today I have encouraged to participate in the new task of the week and here I present the development of it.

Trying to interact with the students is something of the utmost importance for all of us who work in the area of education, since in this way we can get to know them more closely and be able to visualize their concerns regarding subjects in the classroom or personal problems they have, in this way we can help them to know how to take any situation that comes their way, young people are not easy to deal with, many times we should even put ourselves at their level or as someone who says colloquially put us in ¡His shoes!

I remember in an end-of-year activity that we had to organize for months prior to the date it was very difficult to talk to people as always between one activity and another we spent hours, there was a particular student who was very quiet did not speak much in public and was always connected via telephone, that was his way of communicating, to be able to involve him in the organization of the course he decided to create a group of what apps where he could somehow interact with others and translate his ideas even through a text.

This idea turned out to be excellent, since the young people talked and opened up a lot in the group, each one contributed ideas, they turned out to be very collaborative during the planning and that shy and silent young man opened his mind, thoughts and emotions to be able to communicate better with the course, this was a very good idea to be able to deal with young people mediating social networks since today covers at least 90% of their activities.
