Most people especially the minnows like myself,
think steemit Is just a platform create for people to come in and make money.
Yes we know you can make money from steemit but its not just on your comfort of posting anything you like or wish,or by copying and paste.
UNDERSTANDING THE IDEOLOGY OF STEEMIT
First of all you need to understand the ideology of steemit,why it was created.
Was is just for the monetary aspects?
Does it have a lot to do more than that?..
When you understand these ideology then you'll look steemit beyond the monetary aspect,
When I myself started newly I saw it as an avenue to make fast money by posting anything. Then I started learning that this was no facebook,Twitter, Instagram that you can just post whatever you see online just for people to laugh and make fun of it.
Here on stemmit you need to be creative,put in ideas, Ideas on how we can make steemit more better and successful.
I won't get to be learning a lot here today if everyone here was just doing copy and paste.
At first instance I used to do that but it wasn't helping me in anywhere,instead it tells people how low you are when it comes to thinking and being creative.

I know putting in more work,reading and writing for days to post an article and end up earning yourself nothing can be so discouraging.
But when you remember how many years you've been addicted to facebook,Instagram, Twitter and the rest but never for once did you earn anything from it,
But what happened? You never stopped posting
Is it because you knew from the beginning that you won't earn? So erase that mindset of earning from steemit and keep putting in more effort,be more creative and think of how you can help in making the community grow and you'll start seeing the difference,
But how do you intend to get the attention of these guys if you don't show them what you can do and how creative you are?
Because i know that there is no man or woman who will see the hard work you've done and won't give you his or her upvote.
You will never grow from where you are today if you don't put in your best in whatever you do.
So stop being discouraged today,don't look at what you earn for now,just put in more work and be more creative and one day you'll be that whale in the ocean.
