Not on the blockchain? What do you got to lose?

Some people entered the blockchain as an investment, which is great because they bring a lot of attention to new platforms like Steemit. Others are here because they have nothing left to lose-- they've been shadowbanned, demonetized, or kicked off other platforms completely, and there is no where else for them to share their material. Content creators understand the value of their work, but it can feel strange to flaunt your own portfolio. No one likes self promoting, so you take out some ads on Facebook only to have them suspend your account after you already invested hundreds of dollars and thousands of hours.

The blog format of new platforms like Steemit and Minds is a great way for content creators to discuss what they're doing without coming off too hokey. Equally important, it opens up discussion for new ideas. So feel free to start a dialogue in the comments. Let us know what gaming or blockchain material you're working on. I'm still connecting all of the classic Nintendo video games soundtrack into one continuous MEGAMIX. Here's an excerpt from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles because the tunes are radical!
