This app is a country specific app. Currently launched in Mumbai, India and soon would be rolled out to the other cities.

If you have questions like 'Which is the safest park for kids in this area?' or 'Best ayurvedic chemist at this locality' etc will be answered by the locals. The people who are staying at this location. By this way, the answers will be more reliable to the user.

This is a new way Google is trying to get more info about local businesses and they will monetize it at a later stage or even use these data for better user experience in the Google search engine.
