The bible tells us that salvation is the liberation from danger or suffering. The Bible uses the words Salvation or Salvation to refer to something temporary, physical liberation. Jesus equals being saved by entering the kingdom of God. Matthew 19: 24-25
Our sin has separated us from God, and the consequence of sin is death. Biblical salvation refers to our liberation from the consequences of sin.

God has rescued us through the death of Jesus on the cross, his resurrection achieved our salvation.
I think that for us to be able to achieve salvation we must begin by asking God to forgive our sins. This process of salvation is also called sanctification.

The Bible teaches us that God has made the plan of redemption so clear that anyone can be saved. However, knowing about Christ the Cross and the way of salvation is one thing, and appropriating it for oneself is something very different.
Salvation means that we receive eternal life as long as we have a relationship with God. Because God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not be lost, but will have eternal life.

There is only one way to salvation and we know that it is not easy. Matthew 7: 13-14 Enter through the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad the road that leads to destruction and many are those who enter it; for narrow is the gate, and narrow is the way that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
