A person who acts with humility, does not have superiority complexes or have the need to constantly remind others of their successes and achievements, much less use it to trample others. Whoever works with humility is a value opposed to sovereignty. We can say that humility is an attitude of subjecting oneself to authority in religions, associated with the fear of God.

HUMILITY IN THE BIBLE

In this sense the Bible advises. "You clothe yourselves with humility towards others, because God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble (1 Pet. 5, 5). In the eyes of God, all human beings are equal.

Ephesians 4: 2
Always humble and kind, patient, tolerant with each other in love

Philippians 2: 3
Proudly comes reproach; with humility, wisdom

Humility comes hand in hand and represents in turn: Ask for help when we need it, accept our own limitations, be modest in the face of successes admit when we do not know something, do not be afraid of making mistakes, be always open to learn how to win and lose, recognize the value of others, and be grateful and apologize when necessary.

Humility born from the heart has a full knowledge of itself. And knowing fully how is one, can in turn recognize the needs of the other. It is the subtlety of the wisest empathy, it is knowing how to look at the world with an open mind and heart.

HUMILITY IS NOT SYNONYMOUS OF POVERTY
