THE CALL: If you have felt the call of God and have wished to belong to some ministry within the church where you congregate, or already belong to him, you must understand several important things that will come to give you wisdom, vision, anointing and direction of the Holy Spirit to be used as his Minister. So you must take into consideration at least these principles as elementary requirements:
HOW SHOULD A MINISTER OF THE LORD BE?
I.- A minister of the Lord loves Jesus with all his heart.
They asked the Lord Jesus; teacher, what is the great commandment in the law?

Jesus said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. and the second is similar: you will love your neighbor as yourself. MATTHEW. 22: 36.39.
And in Luke 6:45 he tells us: the good man, out of the good treasure of his heart brings out the good, and the evil man, out of the evil treasure of his heart brings out evil; Because of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
The servant who loves the Lord does not criticize, does not blaspheme, does not go around in gossip, does not judge, does not fight, but is obedient and seeks the unity of the Holy Spirit in the body of Christ, he hurts when there is rebellion or disobedience because he has Holy Spirit and the Lord Jesus lives in his heart.
II.- A minister of the Lord must attract the Presence of the Lord when he ministers.

giving example of a life dedicated and consecrated to the Lord, away from everything that grieves the Spirit of God, as we said in the previous point as they are: the lawsuits, the anger, the dissensions, the anger, the strife and the divisions, that only bring spiritual death, shame and confusion to the ministries. But when we are righteous He promises the following;
Then you will call upon me, and you will come and pray to me, and I will hear you; and you will seek me and find me, because you will seek me with all your heart. Jeremiah 29: 12-13
When we live a righteous life before the Lord, regardless of the place, the day or the hour, at the precise moment we invoke Him He will respond to us, because there will be nothing in us that prevents his presence from manifesting.
III.- A minister of the Lord is subject always, is under authority and ministers under authority.

in all respects it will bring you coverage and blessing for your personal life and ministry, since every act of rebellion and lack of subjection does not come from God but from Satan. (If someone shows signs of not wanting to subject himself, he should be exhorted with love and in the case of reoffending he should be exhorted and be under discipline, and if he does not understand or admit the discipline he should be dismissed from the ministries, as it is the sample of a leader who does not want to be pastured, who is not mature nor his heart is completely surrendered to the Lord)
In Hebrews 13: 15-17 the word says thus; Therefore, let us always offer to God, through him, a sacrifice of praise, that is, the fruit of lips that confess his name. And do not forget and do good and mutual help; because of such sacrifices God is pleased. Obey your shepherds, and submit yourselves to them; because they watch over your souls, as those who must give an account; so that they do it with joy, and not complaining, because this is not profitable for you.
And in 1st. of Cor. 16:16. says the following; I beg you to embrace people like them, and all those who help and work.
The servant who loves the Lord must be congruent with what he does and says, what he preaches must live it. Those who are not doers of the word become forgetful hearers, they become carnal and Pharisees, they are full of knowledge but there is no fruit of the spirit in their lives.
Beloved brothers of the faith God is demanding more in this time that we are bearers of his glory, ministers of his presence, of his good news, we know that our country is currently undergoing a mild tribulation, we must understand that in the middle of what we live we must minister your great love to all, are we really being that channel of blessing for the rest? these are just some characteristics that a minister of God must possess, remember to be that means that others can see JESUS, in difficult times GOD is faithful let us go ahead trusting in his promises as faithful ministers of God.
