The difference between the dance dedicated to the Lord and any dance, is that the first form of expression has the purpose of pleasing the heart of God, of establishing a link with him in the spiritual sphere. On the other hand, the second attitude is intended to please another person and that is why they generally occur between two subjects and have an erotic component. The dance does not have absolutely rigid patterns, since it is an expression of the heart of man, which unties precisely the flow of the Holy Spirit. Moving the feet or the rest of the body rhythmically -generally to the sound of music-, spinning, jumping, etc., are modalities of dance.
In Christian dance every movement has a spiritual meaning and the intention to please God.
