Breathing is natural, and they are lots of ways we could breath to gain more are they are called Breathing Techniques.
In yoga we have so many breathing techniques such as
1.The natural breath..(your own breathing style)

2.Ujayi breath (constriction of the throat while breathing)

3.Pratilloma/Anuloma (Breathing with one nostril and exhaling with the other nostril)
4.The Lion's breath(Breathing out with the mouth open and sticking out the tongue)etc
These breathing techniques together with some yoga poses such as the ones in this post will help tone the abs

As we breath, our diaphragm contracts and expands as air enters and leaves the lungs.
So, when we breathe through these techniques, we consciously engage our diaphragm even more.
