@Steemittalk Podcasts motto is "Your Content Fuels Our Content!"

That's right! Most or all of every @Steemittalk episide covers the cool, new or interesting content that's been posted here on our beloved Steemit. This has ranged from highlighting changes to Steemit, new users, projects, discussion pieces, music, the latest awesome @thecryptofiend post (which are always top notch) and the list goes on. You are all welcome to join in on the live recordings, which are normally on Sundays from 2-5pm CST (7-10pm GMT) on the STP Discord which you can join by clicking the link below. Q: What is @Steemittalk podcast (STP)?

@Steemittalk is a weekly podcast hosted by @sykochica, @winstonwolfe, @giftedgaia and @raymonjohnstone. We also look forward to possibly having @quantumanomaly be able to join us again. The show is recorded on Sunday afternoons (Central Standard Time) and usually goes for about 3 hours. We keep up with the newest changes to Steemit, feature new users, highlight projects and bring up some of the best posts we came across during the previous week. We try to focus on posts that still have an active payout to get as much benefit to authors as possible.

Q: Do you have guests on the show?

We sure do!! We've been lucky enough to have some fantastic and famous Steemians join us. Just to name a few:

Q: How did @Steemittalk start?

Last July when we were first joining Steemit, @winstonwolfe and myself found ourselves talking about this place Non-Stop! Especially as we were trying to figure everything out (that's right minnows...we were there ourselves.) It got said that 'We should record this'...so we did! The first podcast episode was done by talking into an iPhone and less than twenty minutes long. (It's kind of painful when I've tried to go back and listen to this again! Lol.)

The next day @giftedgaia joined in the fun, attaching iPhones and whatnot to microphone stands with twisty ties!

We put all the money we made in payouts towards better equipment, letting us bring you a higher quality show! This is a good look at what we built up to! I do want to give a huge shoutout to @giftedgaia for handling the live audio, audio editing and actually building up the post each week (with TONS of links to include.) Also a bit thank you to @winstonwolfe who provides the awesome tape graphic each week!

Q: Can I be on the show?

Everybody is welcome to join us for the live recordings in our Discord Server. The first half of the show, only the hosts and guests have their microphones on. But during second half (known as a postcast) we allow anybody to talk and join in the discussion!

We do always welcome users to send us posts, projects, users or topics they would like to hear on the show. Just send them to us through a private message. We used to have a channel to put these things into, which we can bring back if there's a demand. I do want to mention that we try to fit as much as we can into a single episode, but there is only so much time to give things proper attention...so we can't guaranty everything suggested can make it on that weeks show.

If you want to be on the show as a featured guest like some of the ones listed above, just contact us directly in a private message. We try to keep things booked about 3-4 weeks in the future, but we can at least try to get you on the schedule. Since there is only a single person or project guest each week, we can't guaranty everyone being able to get on right away...but we'll do the best we can. But remember, you can always be able to speak up during the postcast (2nd half of each show.)
