There is lots of fud coming and going about USDT, USDC is younger and circle has partnership with Black Rock, in general i dont trust any of em, but yet i need to use stablecoins, when i last took profits i diversified it in 3 stable coins including the mentioned ones, atm i got most in usdc, but if ever possible i would not like be all in any stable coin, at the top i would still withdraw half and take it to physical cash and some percent say 10-20% into physical gold.
