Tender fish cutlets baked in the oven-tasty and healthy dish for the whole family#muzee1

The cutlets are tender and juicy, melting in the mouth. I advise to prepare more

🐟 Fish Fillet-400 gr
❗ ️ I used pike perch fillet
🐟 Onions-1 pc
🐟 milk 1.5%-100 ml
🐟 Bread-1 slice
🐟 Greek Yogurt Natural-2nd. L.
❗ ️ can be replaced with sour cream
🐟 salt, spices-to taste

1 ️ make minced fish fillet
⠀
2 ️ Trim the crust of the bread slice and soak the crumb in the milk
⠀
3 ️ Onion Grind ⠀
4 ️ in the stuffing add onions, salt, spices, bread crumb (pre-bread to wring from excess milk). All carefully stir ⠀
5 ️ form wet hands cutlets

6 ️ put the cutlets in a baking dish. Lubricate the cutlets with Greek yogurt/sour cream (for a ruddy crust)

7 ️ Fish cutlets Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees to full readiness
