We’re almost to the half-way point of the season and the division races are starting to come into focus. The AFC East is surprisingly tough as New England, Buffalo, and Miami all have only 2 losses. New England, Kansas City, and Pittsburgh once again look like the class of the AFC with Buffalo, Miami and Jacksonville all jockeying for those two wild-card spots. In the NFC, Philly looks like the best team in the conference after their win Monday propels them to 6-1 overall. The Cowboys are still lurking at 3-3 (with 2 games left against the Eagles) and New Orleans and LA are surprise division leaders after Week 7.
The favorites bounced back this week as they went 12-3 straight up / 9-4-2 ATS. The Bears were the biggest underdog to win outright (+3, ML +130) while the biggest favorite to cover was Dallas (-6.5) as they pummeled the 49ers 40-10.

Riding his Giants ML pick over DEN, @brendanwenzel is still in first place after going 2-2 over the weekend. After missing on K.C. and Tennessee, he closed the weekend out strong by taking Dallas -6.5 and the Chargers moneyline. @smedia went 2-1 (correctly taking CLE +5.5 and the under in NO-GB) and is still within striking distance of @brendanwenzel.
With 1 week left – and 13 games to be played – there is plenty of time to get hot and move up the leaderboard. Start tonight with the Dolphins vs. Ravens (-3.5)!
