Nowadays we are being too much dependent on technology. It's true that it has changed our life a lot. Technology has developed our lifestyle and also made our works so easy.
We can use robots for doing hard and risky works, we can travel easily and comfortably from here to there.
Though, it has give us a lot of benefits, it also take the fitness of our body from us.
Technology Making Us Lazy.
There's a time when people used to do a lot of work physically. But, now, they do this work using machine. Too keep our body fit, we must do physical work. But, it can say that we Don't do any kind of work now.
Physical Activity Keeps Us Healthy
There’s a proverb that, "A sound mind lives in a sound body".
Doctors tells that, diseases cannot attack on a fit body.
Lazy and unfit people had to suffer by a lot of diseases.
The only solution of this problem is, physical activity.
Sports as physical activity/exercise.
There’s no batter physical activity or exercise than sports. Specially outdoor sports.
We do some body movements durning exercise. But all of don't all the movements perfectly. But, if we play outdoor games we have to run, jump etc. And by this our full body will keep moving. As a example we can play football, cricket or we can swim or do cycling.
Indoor games as mind exercise.
Indoor games is also a good exercise for our mind. Like as, outdoor games keeps our body fresh and indoor keep our mind.
It's very useful for people of all ages.
It's makes our mind sharp. And makes our mind capable for thinking and working for long time.
Help us to do our regular works perfectly .
If we play outdoor & indoor sports regularly, both of our mind and body will be fresh and sound. We can concentrate on our study & work.
We can finis our work and study lessons perfectly.
