elaboration, Editing and Assembly @roybrown

Hello world!

Receive a great greeting, today I bring a different illustration because I'm just dabbling in the drawing of faces, This is my first practice, it is important your comments in order to Improve.

· The challenge of illustrating faces of @roybrown ·

Realism is a very new facet as a technique of expression to capture in my drawings, it is always a challenge each of the illustrations, but wow that this was!. I had never elaborated a face much less from a photograph, however, I took the challenge and decided to recreate the image in Graphite.

The illustration has a somewhat comical story, after a long time publishing my drawings a friend began to ask me to draw it, I did not try to tell him I did not know, could and stop counting, she very persistent on every occasion that published some work was back with E Speranza to ask to draw it and then came a time when I thought... why not drawing? At that moment I took the challenge, I looked for paper, pencil and she sent me a photo but it turns out that it was edited with a photograph editor and changes it a lot, departing that detail I said I would do what was in my power because it was my first time.

It was a work that did not take me as long as others, the level of detail is not the same as I used to do since I am a novice in this branch of Drawing. It's great to try New horizons and learn from everything and perfect you to be a more complete artist.

· Now let's talk about the process ·

The first thing is to have a pencil hand, a paper and the desire to create, then you have those materials proceed to make the contour of the shape with clear lines and very few details, you just need to identify where each part of the illustration will go slowly You're going to be detailing. No matter if you don't get the first one, you can erase and try again until you Can.

After having all the parts that compose the face are going to make spots where the shade will go and then blur with a pencil shades darker in those areas as seen in the Picture. You will be adding the pertinent details to the drawing to achieve a little depth and no longer look so flat.

Once you are ready the above steps will be something like this or better, I hope it is better.

Who said trying new things is bad? It is important to always challenge to continue growing as a person, as a professional in any area of life, keep dreaming, dreams come True.

Thank you very much for reading my post, I hope you liked it, do not forget to leave your comment to help me better.

A hug, greetings!
