Well, I will show you my coloring process, (they are many images, therefore, I will not place everything Dx)
º Step 1 Vectorize the Image:
º The good thing about this program is that when you vectorize an image it gives you the facility to make the curves and thin or thicken the strokes.
ºNow we proceed with the coloring of the drawing by sections :3, that means layers, many layers xD. We begin with the body; In this case I work everything in a single layer, first the intermediate color, then apply the lights and shadows with blur.
º We do the same with chocolate, cookies and masmallow, lights, leftovers and medium tone by applying blur.
º Once finished, we start with the hair, in which three layers will be used in this case; base layer; middle layer (contains 42% illumination) layer three (brightness and 48% shade).
º Finally we perform the eyes with 4 colors, playing with different shades of blue, violet and magenta; In addition, it is played with the illumination of the layers and applying blur to obtain this effect in the eyes.
º The final result with a nice salmon colored background and spiral texture :3
