Topic of the week
This is the week four for this challenge and the topic is Dessert suitable for A person with sweet tooth problem and it was suggested by our host @healthsquared.
I'm giving my own recipe which is an African Deseert mostly by Nigerians
**My dessert recipe is called AFRICAN SALAD, ** hope you enjoy
Ingredients
Mainly Cassava shreds (Dried)
Vegetables
Palm oil
Garden eggs
Salt and pepper

Method:
This is how I prepare mine
- Soak the Cassava in water for sometime
- Put on fire
- Add oil
- Add vegetables and salt
- Heat for sometime (Optional)
- Bring down and serve
- Slice the garden egg and put around
Voila! We will have something like this
This meal is highly nutritious and will be very good for anyone, it's a local dish but it's so good
